Do your bicycles come fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every purchase.

What is your return policy for bikes and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns to cover inspection and repacking.

How do I determine which frame size is right for me?

You can refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.

Do you offer a warranty on Hayes Bicycle products?

Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and parts are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
